Return Period
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or no longer wanting the item.
If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Swipe&Shop will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement where applicable.
Return shipping instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care items once opened
• Items returned outside the 30-day return period
Late or Missing Refunds
